Sherwin Jack was born in Trinidad. He migrated with his family to Brooklyn, New York at an early age where he grew up. Among his early pursuits was a desire to become a commercial banker, until he was called to the gospel ministry.

Sherwin Jack was born in Trinidad. He migrated with his family to Brooklyn, New York at an early age where he grew up. Among his early pursuits was a desire to become a commercial banker, until he was called to the gospel ministry. Pastor Jack has been in ministry for over 30 years and has served in the capacity of pastor, evangelist, ministerial secretary and board chair for Northeastern Academy. He has ministered in several countries across the globe preaching the everlasting gospel, resulting in the establishment of two churches in Romania and Moldova, in the former Soviet Union. Pastor Jack has also been instrumental in establishing five churches in the United States. He has trained several interns and conducted workshops and seminars for pastors in several countries.

Pastor Jack attended Oakwood University where he graduated with a B.A. in Theology. He went on to Andrews University where he earned a Master of Divinity and later completed a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling from Hebrew Union College. Pastor Jack also graduated from Onondaga Mental Health Institute and Post Graduate Mental Health Center with certificates in pastoral counseling and family therapy.

Pastor Jack is married to the former Patricia Johnson of Little Rock, Arkansas, who serves as an educator in DeKalb County Schools, Decatur, GA. They have one daughter, Alese, who is currently attending Oakwood University.Pastor Jack is the current Senior Pastor at the Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church in Atlanta, GA.
